Deviled Eggs

- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp canned pimento
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp paprika
Hard boil the eggs. Drain and cool.
Peel the eggs, then cut lengthwise and remove yolk.
Dice pimento and mix with yolk, dry mustard, mayonnaise and black pepper.
Place mixture inside egg whites in equal parts. Sprinkle eggs with paprika.
